We use minimal cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure what helps travellers the most. No ad tech, no cross-site selling of data—ever.

1. Types of cookies we set

Essential

Authentication tokens, session identifiers, and security cookies required for Supabase login, SupportTicket submissions, and rate limiting.

Retention: Session-based or up to 12 months

Preference

Stores language, currency, and travel interest filters you explicitly set. These improve recommendations across devices.

Retention: 12 months

Analytics

Privacy-centric metrics that help us understand feature adoption. We currently use self-hosted analytics and do not employ third-party advertising trackers.

Retention: 14 months (aggregated)

2. Managing consent

Essential cookies activate when you log in—they are required for security. Preference and analytics cookies appear only after you accept them via the banner in supported regions. You can update your choices anytime from Settings → Privacy → Cookie preferences.

Browser controls let you delete cookies or block future storage. Doing so may sign you out or degrade certain features (e.g., saved trip filters or offline-ready itineraries).

3. Compliance commitments

  • • GDPR (EU/EEA): You may request data access, correction, deletion, and restriction. Consent banners appear for non-essential cookies when you connect from the EU/EEA or UK.
  • • CCPA/CPRA (California): Tell&Go does not sell personal information. You can exercise access or deletion rights using our in-app privacy tools.
  • • LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), and other regional laws: We honour applicable rights and will provide requested data exports through the concierge desk.

4. Third-party services

We limit third-party scripts to essentials such as Supabase, Mapbox (for destination maps), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider has contractual obligations to handle data responsibly.
