Planning & discovery

How does Tell&Go curate destinations?

Our hospitality board evaluates every property for design coherence, service rituals, sustainability credentials, and cultural integration. We do not list anonymous inventory—only stays with hosts we would trust for our own milestone trips.

Can Tell&Go build a trip from scratch?

Yes. Share your travel vision in the concierge contact form. We craft day-by-day itineraries, connect you with on-ground experiences, and coordinate bespoke touches like sunset mixologists or sunrise yoga leads.

Do you feature non-tropical destinations?

Our launch focus is tropical escapes—Maldives, Seychelles, Zanzibar, Caribbean, Southeast Asia—but our partner graph continues to expand. Tell us where you are heading and we’ll advise whether we have a fit.

Bookings & payments

Is payment handled by Tell&Go?

We facilitate secure payment links on behalf of partner properties. Charges appear either from the property name or “Tell&Go Travel” depending on region. For card statements, we email a receipt within minutes of confirmation.

How do I modify or cancel a booking?

Contact the property directly using the confirmation email—they maintain final control over inventory and policies. Loop us in if you need us to advocate or relay special timing: we can often expedite responses thanks to our relationships.

Can I apply loyalty numbers or airline miles?

Many boutique properties do not honour major chain loyalty programs, but we can append agency IDs or airline codes to eligible reservations. Mention this in your concierge ticket.

During your stay

Who should I contact for room-specific requests?

The on-property team. They have live visibility into housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary prep. Tell&Go remains available for backup assistance or to escalate concerns if needed.

What if something goes wrong?

Notify the property immediately so they can resolve the situation. Then update your Tell&Go ticket with details. We document incidents in your profile to protect future trips and, when appropriate, pursue resolution with the host.

Does Tell&Go insure my travel?

No. Travellers are responsible for securing comprehensive travel insurance that covers health, cancellations, and weather-linked disruptions. We are happy to recommend providers familiar with luxury itineraries.

Accounts & data

How is my travel data used?

We store preferences, rituals, and past communications to personalise future recommendations. We never sell your data. Review or delete your profile at any time from Settings → Privacy.

Can I invite travel companions?

Yes. Use the Trips dashboard to add companions, assign planning tasks, and share curated lists. Companions need a Tell&Go account to view secure details.

How do I reach a human quickly?

File a high-priority concierge ticket and include "urgent" in the subject. Our team will pick it up personally and, if required, call you using the number on file.

Property-specific questions

Once a reservation is confirmed, the property becomes your primary contact for arrival logistics, room assignments, and in-house services. They have the live systems. Keep us copied if you need advocacy—we will document updates and assist where useful.

Remember to review the property’s cancellation policy and insurance requirements. We always recommend travellers purchase comprehensive coverage suited to their itinerary.
