Protecting the rituals you share with Tell&Go.

We are travellers and hoteliers, so privacy is personal. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you explore the Platform or connect with our concierge team.

1. Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to craft exceptional stays and operate the Platform responsibly.

Account & profile

  • • Name, email address, phone number (optional)
  • • Travel preferences, rituals, allergy or dietary notes you choose to share
  • • Authentication metadata from Supabase (session tokens, login timestamps)

Concierge interactions

  • • SupportTicket messages and attachments
  • • Follow-up notes from our concierge team members
  • • Internal tags for service quality and escalations

Booking coordination

  • • Reservation details, stay dates, room categories, special requests
  • • Guest identities and contact information you provide for travelling companions
  • • Transaction references when payments are processed via Tell&Go

2. How we use your information

  • • Deliver contextual destination recommendations and curated content.
  • • Power concierge services, including creating and managing SupportTickets.
  • • Coordinate with partner properties to confirm bookings and special requests.
  • • Monitor platform performance, detect fraud, and maintain security.
  • • Send essential service communications (booking updates, policy changes). Marketing emails are opt-in only.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Data shared with partner properties is limited to what is required to deliver your stay.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • • Performance of a contract (managing bookings, concierge support).
  • • Legitimate interests (improving services, preventing fraud, ensuring safety).
  • • Consent (optional marketing communications, sharing special categories of data such as dietary restrictions).
  • • Compliance with legal obligations (record keeping, responding to lawful requests).

4. Data retention

  • • Active traveller profiles: retained for as long as your account remains open.
  • • SupportTickets: retained for 24 months from closure to maintain service history, unless you request earlier deletion when legally permitted.
  • • Booking records: retained for seven years to comply with financial regulations.
  • • Analytics logs: aggregated and anonymised within 12 months.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. You may also object to certain processing or request restriction. Use the in-app privacy tools or contact concierge to exercise these rights.

6. Data security

We leverage Supabase, Cloudflare, and industry-standard encryption. Access to SupportTickets and booking data is restricted to trained team members. Despite safeguards, no system is entirely immune to risk—notify us immediately of suspicious activity.

7. International transfers

Tell&Go operates globally. When we transfer data across borders we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other appropriate safeguards. Partner properties receive only the information required to fulfil your stay.

8. Contact

Privacy questions go straight to our team’s desk. Submit a ticket via the concierge form and choose “Privacy & data.” We respond within two business days.
