The legal rhythm behind every Tell&Go escape.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tell&Go website, mobile experiences, concierge services, and our booking API and AI-assistant connectors (collectively, the "Platform"). Tell&Go is operated by Island Inventions, Inc. ("Tell&Go", "we", "us").

By creating an account, confirming a booking, or otherwise using the Platform — including through a third-party AI assistant or automated agent acting on your behalf — you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Tell&Go is a travel agent and intermediary. We curate hospitality partners and provide planning tools, contextual recommendations, and concierge support. We do not own, manage, or control the properties, transport providers, or activity operators featured on the Platform.

When you confirm a stay, you enter into a direct contract with the accommodation or service provider (“Property”). The Property’s terms, house rules, cancellation policy, and other policies govern your stay. Tell&Go is not a party to those contracts and acts only to facilitate them.

Tell&Go is not a tour operator or package organiser. We do not provide, arrange, combine, or sell transport (including flights, ground transfers, or seaplane and boat connections). Where a stay is described as including meals, transfers, or other elements, those elements are arranged and supplied by the Property or its own suppliers as part of your contract with the Property — not assembled by Tell&Go into a package.

You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. Guard your login credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Tell&Go account or complete a booking.

Some bookings may be made without a Tell&Go account (for example, through an AI assistant or our booking API). In those cases the person who confirms and pays for the booking at checkout is responsible for it and is bound by these Terms.

Tell&Go makes its inventory available to AI assistants, agent frameworks, and other software through published connectors and a booking API. An AI assistant may search, quote, and initiate a booking on your behalf.

A booking is only formed when it is confirmed and paid for at checkout. The person completing checkout enters into the contract with the Property and accepts these Terms and the Property’s policies at that point. If an AI assistant or agent acts for you, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the details it submits (dates, guests, names, and contact details) and are bound by the resulting booking.

Before paying, please verify the dates, occupancy, price, currency, and cancellation policy shown at checkout. Prices and availability surfaced by an assistant are indicative until confirmed at checkout.

Support tickets created via the Platform generate internal SupportTicket records tied to your account. We monitor them to deliver concierge responses and for quality assurance.

Do not share sensitive card data or government identification inside ticket messages. We will provide secure forms when documentation is required.

Cancellation windows, refund policies, taxes, fees, and other charges are set by the Property. We display these details when available and encourage you to confirm them at checkout and directly with the host.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Where a price is displayed in another currency, any conversion is indicative; your card issuer’s rate at the time of payment applies.

Payments may be processed by Tell&Go on behalf of the Property or by the Property itself, through our payment processor. Confirming and paying for a booking constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, the Property’s policies, and the applicable cancellation terms.

You authorise Tell&Go to transmit traveller details, preferences, and relevant documents to the Property for the purpose of fulfilling your stay.

Comply with Property policies, local laws, and travel regulations (visa, customs, health requirements).

Purchase travel insurance appropriate for your itinerary, covering medical care, evacuation, cancellation, and personal property.

Verify that the destination, climate, and activities meet your personal requirements and health conditions.

Tell&Go provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability of any Property.

Because Tell&Go acts as an agent and intermediary, the accommodation, transfers, meals, activities, and any other elements of your trip are supplied by the Property or its own suppliers. Claims relating to those services are between you and the relevant supplier. Tell&Go is not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, acts of nature, public health events, or the conduct of Properties, suppliers, or other travellers.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of USD 200 or the fees you paid to Tell&Go within the preceding six months.

Do not misuse the Platform, scrape content, reverse engineer code, or use automated systems to access the Platform except through our official booking API and published AI-assistant connectors and in accordance with their terms.

You may not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behaviour, or to place speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings. We may suspend or terminate access, and cancel affected bookings, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms our community.

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the Platform are owned by Tell&Go or our partners. You may not use them without consent.

We may feature user-generated content (reviews, photographs) with your permission. You grant Tell&Go a non-exclusive licence to display that content in connection with the Platform.

These Terms remain in effect until your account is closed or suspended. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination we will retain data only as permitted by our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Island Inventions, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to confidential arbitration in the same jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When material changes occur we will notify you through the Platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If you disagree with updated Terms, discontinue use of the Platform and request account deletion.
