1. Before you choose, or if you reject

We measure how the site is used without cookies. Our analytics service, PostHog, loads on every page and records page views, clicks, errors and load times, but stores nothing on your device: each visit is counted with an anonymous identifier that PostHog derives on its servers and changes every day, so separate visits cannot be linked to each other or to you. In this mode there are no session recordings, no profiles, and ad click identifiers are removed from what is sent. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may also count page views and measure load times without cookies. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising do not load.

The storage below is needed for the site to work, or to keep your trip as you move between pages. It stays whatever you choose.

2. If you accept

PostHog switches to a first-party cookie so a visit can be followed across pages and return visits, and records sessions on chat and property pages. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising load. We also keep the campaign or ad that brought you here, so it stays with your booking.

3. Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time. Withdrawing an earlier acceptance deletes our first-party analytics identifiers, stops the optional scripts and reloads the page; measurement then continues without cookies as described in section 1. It does not sign you out or affect a booking.

Your browser can also delete cookies or block storage. Doing so may sign you out and forget the trip you were pricing.

4. Your rights

• GDPR (EU/EEA) and UK GDPR: you may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data. We ask before setting optional cookies, from every country.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): Tell & Go does not sell personal information. You can ask for access or deletion by email.
• LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada) and other regional laws: we honour the rights they give you and provide data exports on request.

5. Services we use

Supabase provides sign-in, Mapbox supplies maps, Stripe processes payments, Resend delivers service emails and Cloudflare delivers the site. Measurement uses PostHog, and, only if you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads, including tags managed through Google Tag Manager when configured, and Microsoft Advertising's Universal Event Tracking. Deleting browser storage does not erase data a provider already received; email us for a data request.
