How do Tell & Go's Bali hotel stays work?
It is a small set of selected hotels in Ubud, Payangan, Seminyak, Sanur and Nusa Dua, not every hotel in Bali or Indonesia. A stay is the hotel booking. Flights are not included, and meals or a transfer are included only when the rate says so.
How a Bali stay is booked

Choose the area
Ubud and Payangan are forest and valley settings. Seminyak is a beach stay close to dining. Sanur is a quieter coast. Nusa Dua is a resort-focused stay.

Read the rate
The airport is I Gusti Ngurah Rai (DPS), near Denpasar. An included transfer is by road, and only when the rate says so. Meals and the cancellation deadline are on that same rate.

Pay the merchant of record
Tell & Go charges the card and pays the hotel or its supplier. Amounts the hotel collects on arrival are shown separately, before you pay.

Are flights, meals and airport transfers included?
These are hotel stays. Flights are not included. Meals, transfers and cancellation terms are only what the rate you choose states. Any amount payable at the hotel is shown separately. A refundable rate states its deadline. Use that deadline, and do not assume the stay can be cancelled at no charge.
Who charges my card?
Tell & Go is an independent reseller and the merchant of record. Island Inventions, Inc. charges the traveler's card and pays the hotel or its supplier. Tell & Go is not the hotel and does not operate the property.
What should I compare before booking?
Compare the currency shown, the total for your dates, the room, the meals, the cancellation terms and any amount payable at the hotel. A lower room price can mean different inclusions. A figure on a page that is not for your dates is not a quote. The price also depends on the country of residence you enter, so use the country where you live.
Can I book any hotel in Indonesia here?
No. The collection is selected hotels in Ubud, Payangan, Seminyak, Sanur and Nusa Dua only.
