Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tell & Go website, our booking API and AI-assistant connectors, and the help we give by email (together, the "Platform"), and every booking you make through the Platform. Tell & Go is operated by Island Inventions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, trading as Tell & Go ("Tell & Go", "we", "us"). By creating an account, confirming a booking, or otherwise using the Platform — including through a third-party AI assistant or automated agent acting on your behalf — you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Tell & Go is an independent reseller of hotel and resort stays. We are the merchant of record for bookings made on the Platform: you buy your booking from Island Inventions, Inc., which takes your payment and books the stay with one of our supply partners. We do not own, manage or operate any property, and Tell & Go is not the official website of any hotel or resort.

When you confirm and pay for a booking, your booking contract is with Island Inventions, Inc. The hotel or resort that provides the accommodation (the "Property") runs your stay, and its house rules and on-site policies (for example check-in times and charges payable at the property) apply while you are there. The cancellation and change terms are those of the rate you chose, as shown at checkout and in your confirmation.

We don’t sell flights at present, and we don’t currently sell transport on its own. Some offers include resort transfers (for example by seaplane or speedboat) and meals, arranged as part of the stay we sell. Where a rate includes them, checkout shows them in the same price before you pay.

You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. Tell & Go has no passwords: you sign in with Google, Apple or a one-time link sent to your email. Keep those accounts secure, and tell us straight away at support@tellandgo.com if you think someone else has used your Tell & Go account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Tell & Go account or complete a booking.

Some bookings may be made without a Tell & Go account (for example, through an AI assistant or our booking API). In those cases the person who confirms and pays for the booking at checkout is responsible for it and is bound by these Terms.

Tell & Go makes its inventory available to AI assistants, agent frameworks, and other software through published connectors and a booking API. An AI assistant may search, quote, and initiate a booking on your behalf.

A booking is formed when it is confirmed and paid for at checkout or, for a request-to-book rate, when the Property confirms and your card is charged. The person completing checkout enters into the booking contract with Island Inventions, Inc. and accepts these Terms and the rate’s terms at that point. If an AI assistant or agent acts for you, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the details it submits (dates, guests, names, and contact details) and are bound by the resulting booking.

Before paying, please verify the dates, occupancy, price, currency, and cancellation policy shown at checkout. Prices and availability surfaced by an assistant are indicative until confirmed at checkout.

When you email us or send us a request through the Platform, we keep the conversation with your booking or account so we can answer it and check the quality of our replies.

Never send card numbers or copies of identity documents by email or in a message. If we need a document from you, we will tell you how to send it securely.

The cancellation and change terms of your rate, and any taxes or fees payable at the property, are shown at checkout before you pay and in your confirmation. Amounts payable at the property are paid there, to the Property. When you ask us to change or cancel a booking, we apply those terms and pay any refund due to the card you paid with.

Cancellation processing fee. If your rate is refundable and you cancel before its refund deadline, we refund 95% of the total price you paid. The other 5% is a processing fee that covers the card-payment costs we cannot recover when a payment is refunded, and it is non-refundable. Rates marked “Refundable” or with an asterisk (*) on the Platform are subject to this fee. It applies to bookings made on or after 8 October 2026; bookings made before then keep the full refund shown in their confirmation. The fee is not charged when we or the Property cancel your booking, or when a booking cannot be confirmed: you then get the full amount back. After the refund deadline, or on a non-refundable rate, the rate’s own terms apply.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Where a price is displayed in another currency, any conversion is indicative; your card issuer’s rate at the time of payment applies.

Island Inventions, Inc. (Tell & Go) takes your payment through Stripe, our payment processor, and pays the supplier. We never see or store your full card number. For rates that confirm instantly, we take payment when you book; for some rates your card is first authorised (a hold for the full amount) and charged when the supplier confirms. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the hold is released or the full amount goes back to your card. For request-to-book rates, your card is saved and checked when you ask and charged only if the Property confirms, which it has up to 72 hours to do; if it does not confirm, you pay nothing. Confirming and paying for a booking means you accept these Terms and the rate’s terms.

You authorise Tell & Go to send traveller details, preferences and relevant documents to our supply partner and to the Property so that your stay can be provided.

Comply with Property policies, local laws, and travel regulations (visa, customs, health requirements).

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, evacuation, cancellation and personal property.

Verify that the destination, climate, and activities meet your personal requirements and health conditions.

Tell & Go provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Search results, AI-assistant answers and Property descriptions are indicative: we do not guarantee that they are complete or that a Property will suit you. This does not limit what we owe you for a booking we have sold you, set out below.

The Property and its own suppliers (for example the seaplane or boat operator for a resort transfer) provide the accommodation, meals, transfers and other services during your stay. We are responsible for the booking we sold you: that it matches what checkout showed you, and that any refund due under the rate’s terms reaches you. If something goes wrong during your stay, tell the Property first, then email support@tellandgo.com with your booking reference, and we will take it up with the Property and our supply partner. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of the Property, its suppliers or other travellers, or for events outside our control such as severe weather or public-health measures.

A refund owed to you under the rate’s terms is never capped: we pay it in full. For any other claim arising from a booking, these Terms or the Platform, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability will not exceed the total price you paid for the affected booking. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Do not misuse the Platform, scrape content, reverse engineer code, or use automated systems to access the Platform except through our official booking API and published AI-assistant connectors and in accordance with their terms.

You may not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behaviour, or to place speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings. We may suspend or terminate access, and cancel affected bookings, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms our community.

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the Platform are owned by Tell & Go or our partners. You may not use them without consent.

We may feature user-generated content (reviews, photographs) with your permission. You grant Tell & Go a non-exclusive licence to display that content in connection with the Platform.

These Terms remain in effect until your account is closed or suspended. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination we will retain data only as permitted by our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

These Terms, and every booking made under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

If you have a dispute with us, please email support@tellandgo.com first and we will try to resolve it with you.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When material changes occur we will notify you through the Platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If you disagree with updated Terms, discontinue use of the Platform and request account deletion.
