What we do
We sell and manage your booking; the hotel runs your stay. On safety, our role is to inform: we present the information properties and suppliers give us, help you check specific requirements before you book, and follow up with the property if something goes wrong during a stay we booked.
What a listing tells you
Listings use information provided by properties and travel suppliers. A listing is not a certification of safety or evidence of a personal inspection. Ask us to help check any specific requirement before you book.
Advice before you go
Ask us about a destination before you book and we will share what we know about seasons, local customs and any official travel advisories. Always check your own government’s travel advice as well.
If something goes wrong
If something feels off, contact the property first, then email us with your booking reference. We booked the stay, so we follow up with the property and our supply partner on your behalf.
Traveller responsibility checklist
Use this checklist before every trip. Independent travel is rewarding, and preparation keeps it safe.
- • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical evacuation, cancellations, and trip interruptions.
- • Confirm that your passport, visas, and required vaccinations meet destination regulations.
- • Review the property’s safety infrastructure: emergency lighting, smoke detectors, lifeguard presence, and evacuation plans.
- • Research local conditions including weather, tides, wildlife, and public health notices issued by your government.
- • Share your itinerary with trusted contacts and provide them with the property’s direct phone number.
- • For adventure activities—diving, trekking, boating—verify that operators are accredited and carry appropriate insurance.
