How do Tell & Go's UAE hotel stays work?
Tell & Go has a small set of selected hotels in the Dubai desert (Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve) and the Liwa desert in Abu Dhabi. It is not a directory of every hotel in the UAE. Use the airport for your hotel. The most comfortable months are roughly November to March. Flights are not included, and meals or a transfer are included only when the rate says so.

Use the airport for that hotel
Dubai hotels use Dubai International (DXB). Abu Dhabi hotels use Zayed International (AUH). A transfer is included only when the rate says so.

Pay the merchant of record
Tell & Go charges the card and pays the hotel or its supplier. Amounts the hotel collects on arrival are shown separately, before you pay.

Which parts of the UAE does this collection cover?
The hotels on sale now are in the Dubai desert (Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve) and the Liwa desert in Abu Dhabi. It is a small set of selected hotels, not every hotel in the UAE.
Which airport should I use?
It depends on the hotel. Use Dubai International Airport (DXB) for the Dubai desert (Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve); use Zayed International Airport (AUH), Abu Dhabi's airport for the Liwa desert in Abu Dhabi. Do not treat Dubai International as the airport for every hotel in this collection; landing at the other city's airport adds a long drive, about 1.5 hours or more. A transfer is included only when the rate you choose says so.
How long is the drive from the airport to the hotel?
Typical road times: the Dubai desert (Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve): about 45 to 75 minutes from DXB; the Liwa desert in Abu Dhabi: about 2 to 2.5 hours from AUH. Allow longer at rush hour. A transfer is included only when the rate you choose says so.
When is the best time to go to the UAE?
November to March is the cooler, most comfortable time to visit. June to September is very hot, with daytime highs often above 40°C, so desert stays are best in the cooler months. The dates of Ramadan move each year; hotels stay open.
Are flights, meals and airport transfers included?
A stay is the hotel booking. Flights are not included. Meals and an airport transfer are included only when the rate you choose says so. Taxes in the total, and any amount payable at the hotel, are shown before you pay.
Can I cancel?
A refundable rate states its deadline. Cancel before it and we refund 95% of what you paid; the 5% processing fee is non-refundable. If Tell & Go or the hotel cancels, the full amount is refunded. A non-refundable rate says so before you pay.
Who charges my card?
Tell & Go is an independent reseller and the merchant of record. Island Inventions, Inc. charges the traveler's card and pays the hotel or its supplier. Tell & Go is not the hotel and does not operate the property.
What should I compare before booking?
Compare the currency shown, the total for your dates, the room, the meals, the cancellation terms and any amount payable at the hotel. A lower room price can mean different inclusions. A figure on a page that is not for your dates is not a quote. The price also depends on the country of residence you enter, so use the country where you live.
Can I book any hotel in the UAE here?
No. The collection is the selected hotels listed on this page only.
