Before you book

What does a price include?

Each rate names its room and meal plan and says whether an airport transfer is included. Taxes and mandatory charges are itemised in the total; anything you pay at the hotel, such as a city tax, is shown separately before you pay. Flights are not included.

Are the prices on this page final?

The dated totals are live rates we checked on the day shown, for 2 adults, under today’s pricing; they are typical, not a floor. “Indicative” per-night figures are hints from recent rate checks. Your own dates, party and residence are priced live on the next step, and the total is re-checked before you pay.

Why do you ask where I live?

Some resorts price by country of residence, so it can change the rate. You can choose it in the dates bar or on the next step.

Can I cancel?

It depends on the rate. Each rate shows its cancellation terms, and any refund deadline, before you pay. Refundable rates return 95% of what you paid if you cancel before the deadline; a 5% processing fee is non-refundable. We handle the cancellation with the hotel for you.

Who am I booking with?

Tell & Go is an independent reseller and the merchant of record: you pay us by card through Stripe, we book the stay with our supplier, and we look after changes and cancellations under the rate’s terms.
